Jon Burman - President and Chief Executive Office

Jon is the President and CEO of Burman & Fellows Group a company he founded in 1977. Jon provides the vision and passion that guides the companies growth as a specialty services contractor. A proven entrepreneur with domestic and international experience, Jon has also established Light Travel and Atlantic Foundation in response to serving our clients needs. The true measure of  our success has been the length of relationships with key clients lasting decades. Jon believes the foundations for our success are a focus on learning, growth and contribution to the community’s where we operate.


Scott Anderson - Partner, Senior Vice President

As a partner of Burman & Fellows, Scott embodies the energy and passion in our people that make Burman and Fellows one of the leading specialty contractors in the Retail and Grocery marketplace. To ensure our clients receive  a high level of service,  Scott  develops innovative offerings that compliment our standard menu of  services while delivering maximum value to our corporate customers. He is also a licensed electrician and provides the experience and insight of 24 years with Burman & Fellows, servicing customers, suppliers and fellow workers within the company.


Michael Bathgate - Chief Financial Officer

Michael possesses a diverse management background and leads the financial, operational and process controls for the company. Ensuring the company meets the challenges of it's increased growth, high level of customer service and it's commitments to it's employees are paramount to the role and the success of the company. Michael's 30 years experience bridges seven diversified industries with sales volumes up to $300 million, undertaking assignments throughout Europe, Far East and North America. In addition to finance roles he has held executive management responsibility for sales, marketing and operations.


James Darrach
- Director, Energy Management & New Business Development

James has more than 25 years of national business & energy experience, covering all facets of the energy sector. He has held progressively senior operations and construction roles in national organizations. James is also on the board of directors of the Peak Load Management Alliance of North America a not for profit energy association.  James is also a member of the
Canadian Solar Industries Association and is ensuring Burman & Fellows group is the leading solar installation company in the market.


Dianne Pitre – Vice President of Corporate Assets

As Vice President of Corporate assets, Dianne Pitre provides concise control over all Burman & Fellows' Corporate assets. Dianne has been an integral part of the growth of Burman & Fellows. As VP of corporate assets Dianne ensures the fiduciary value and protection of all B&F assets is under control.

Dianne has been with Burman & Fellows for over 30 years and her experience she has built through her roles within the company helps to display the quality within the Sr. management team of Burman & Fellows.


John Fisher - Director, Electrical Division

John's career with B & F spans 15 years. Starting as an electrician, John was fast tracked to management levels and is currently superintendent & director of Burman & Fellows Electrical Division.

John's focus on customer satisfaction, communications and drive to meet project deadlines has won him accolades from our corporate customers. John is a valuable asset to the success of both Burman & Fellows, as well as the electrical projects Burman & Fellows undertakes.


Joseph Zver - Safety Manager

At Burman & Fellows, safety in an ongoing and evolving process. Constantly striving for the safety of all employees. Since the implementation of the Joint Health & Safety Committee, owners, supervisors, foremen and employees on the front lines are all following proper safety requirements and procedures. Since October 2000 Joseph Zver implemented additional safety equipment and procedures. Some of these procedures include: Safety Orientation, B&F Safety Checklists, B&F Safety Bins and trainings (WHMIS, Scissor Lift, Fall Protection and Employee I.D. and Safety Requirements Card. Joseph’s background training through ESA, CSAO and Venetor equipment has greatly impacted the safety program at B&F for more than eleven years.

Paul Bagg - Director, Integration Service

With over 30 years of experience in customer service management, coupled with such industry recognized certifications as Project Management Institutes PMP (Project Management Professional) and a Masters Certificate in Project Management. Paul's commitment to customer service, quality installations and teambuilding ensures that Burman & Fellows projects and rollouts exceed our customer's expectations. Paul is also responsible for our Service Department, which provides nation-wide 7 days a week and 24-hour service coverage.


Larry Hunter – Director, Human Resources

Larry Hunter is a Human Resources expert. He is a management and organization development consultant who specializes in human resources issues and in management development to create forward thinking in the workplace. Larry is also a professional facilitator, speaker and trainer. As a successful business owner for more than 20 years Larry's focus continues to be on people.
