At B & F we live our Mission Statement that we have a commitment to give back a portion of our good fortune from God to those less fortunate.
We believe that God has blessed us and that we are part of His plan to support positive contributions to our customers, suppliers, staff, partners, community and the world.
Every person at B & F comes to work for a purpose of giving and everyday they make a difference.

- To change the world, one child at a time. Currently sponsoring 34 children from World Vision. Employees families contributes 50% and the company contributes 50%
- Help our community. The Ajax Women’s Shelter
- Make an investment in our youth and in our schools that could change their destiny- Oshawa Central High school
- Helping change lives. Giving to the Ability Center in Oshawa and supporting the Autistic Society
- Developing young people by supporting B & F Family Sport Teams and hiring and teaching teens how to develop good work skills in the B & F Training Center and Summer Work Place opportunities.
